Share your story, or the story of someone who could use a helping hand at the form below and you’ll go in the draw to benefit from a selection of items from Bates Saddles, or a highly sought after virtual lesson or call with an elite, international rider!

    • Blair and Nikki have not only represented their countries Australia and New Zealand at the highest level, but also run a thoroughbred pre-training business in Australia. Their knowledge of not only eventing, but horse and property ownership is second to none and they are open to answering any questions you may have.
  • A phone call or virtual lesson with eventer, Olympian Amanda Ross (AUS)
    • This passionate eventer has represented Australia on the world-stage, and is hugely passionate about rider fitness, and inventive ways to train yourself and your horses at home.
  • A virtual lesson with 5* eventer Allie Sacksen (USA)
    • This 5* competitor experienced at major events including the Kentucky 3DE is still a very passionate supporter of the Pony Club USA and will lend a great hand to anyone who has a tricky pony, green thoroughbred or is looking for elite competition advice.
  • A review of your training or competition video by elite eventers Prue and Craig Barrett (AUS)
    • With a combined 50 years of experience in competing and coaching at the highest level in eventing (including Prue competing at two World Equestrian Games), and owners of a boutique breeding facility specialising in producing horses for the Olympic disciplines, Prue and Craig have a wealth of experience to offer one lucky winner!
  • A video critique by dressage rider Olympian Hayley Beresford (AUS)
    • Originally from Australia, many years ago Hayley caught the eye of renowned dressage rider and trainer Isabell Werth and took up a position at Isabell’s stables for almost five years, and is eternally greatful for everything she learnt while there.Hayley and her partner have since purchased the stunning Eiserner Hof property in Germany and have so many stories and tips to share, proving that with hard work, the dreams of riding internationally really can come true!  
  • A virtual lesson or advice call with 5* eventer Sarah Bullimore (UK)
    • Ranking as high as 4th in the FEI World Eventing Athlete Rankings, Sarah Bullimore is a true world-class athlete having competed all over the UK and Europe up to CCI5* level. From owning and operating her own stables to being a member of the British World Class Podium Squads, Sarah can offer a wealth of knowledge and advice to a very lucky rider!
  • A virtual lesson or advice call with 5* eventer Sarah Olivier, nee Stretton (UK)
    • Familiar with the courses at world-class events including Bramham, Badminton and Barbury, Sarah is ready and willing to offer her advice to riders of any level. Whether having trouble with a particular movement, or aspiring to move to the next level, Sarah and her team have been there and are open to providing tips, advice or just having a chat about horses!
  • A video critique or questions with eventers Olympian Stuart Tinney OAM and 4* rider Gemma Tinney (AUS)
    • With an Order of Australia Medal, an Australian Sports Medal, multiple Olympic medals and a place in the Sport Australia Hall of Fame among just a few of Stuart’s accomplishments, it’s fair to say that his advice on absolutely anything eventing is second to none. Hot on his heels is his daughter Gemma Tinney, now competing alongside Stuart at top events up to CCI4* and able to provide exceptional advice to those young riders moving up the levels.
  • A virtual lesson or phone call with 5* eventer Hazel Shannon (AUS)
    • Three time winner of the Australian International CCI5* event (2016, 2018 and 2019) with experience on the international 5* circuit at the Kentucky 3DE, Hazel is a serious competitor with stamina and attention to the finest of detail. Currently ranked 27th world-wide and at only 28 years of age, Hazel’s advice for dedicated young riders looking to push themselves to elite levels is highly sought after. One lucky winner will experience the finest coaching with her great dose of humor!
  • A virtual lesson or call with dressage riders Olympians Heath and Rozzie Ryan (AUS)
    • Heath and Rozzie Ryan could very well be described as celebrities of the Equestrian Industry - each has represented Australia at World Equestrian Games, World Cup and Olympic Games competitions. They are both qualified coaches and coach educators. Heath and Rozzie Ryan are very highly respected throughout the Equestrian Industry at an International level and have given many of today’s elite riders their start.
  • A phone call with eventer Olympian Shane Rose (AUS)
    • Ranked as high as 4th in the FEI World Eventing Athlete Rankings, Shane Rose has been a consistent figure on the Australian eventing scene, while behind the scenes runs a successful breaking and pre-training business. With significant international experience, a large and successful property and the ability to also juggle being a dad to four young children (with the help of his wife Niki) Shane is ready to talk “anything eventing” with one lucky winner!
